SCOTT C. GLOVSKY is a trial attorney who specializes in insurance bad faith, catastrophic personal injury, and health-related litigation. He recently appeared in the film SiCKO and People Magazine, and his cases have been profiled on CNN and the major networks. He is a repeat guest on AirTalk with Larry Mantle. The Consumer Attorneys’ Association of California awarded him its “Street Fighter of the Year Award” in 2008, and the Consumer Attorneys’ Association of Los Angeles awarded him The President’s Award of Merit. Mr. Glovsky is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and he has been repeatedly named one of Southern California’s Super-Lawyers. He has been a featured speaker for many attorney organizations and has published numerous articles on topics such as insurance law and litigation strategy. Mr. Glovsky received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
