Scott C Glovsky

SCOTT C. GLOVSKY is a trial attorney who specializes in insurance bad faith, catastrophic personal injury, employment and health-related litigation. He has litigated a variety of bad faith actions involving health plans, life insurers, property insurers, liability insurers and disability insurers. Mr. Glovsky has tried many cases to successful verdicts and obtained several seven and eight figure settlements for his clients. His cases have been profiled on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 and Paula Zahn Now, NBC News, CBS News, ABC News, and various other television and radio programs. Mr. Glovsky was named one of Southern California’s “Super-Lawyers” by Los Angeles Magazine in 2006. He is a Charter Fellow of the American Academy of Trial Counsel. He has been a featured speaker for various attorney organizations, consumer advocacy groups, and physician organizations. He has also published numerous articles on topics such as insurance law, deposition strategy and litigation strategy in publications including The Advocate, Mealey’s Litigation Report: Insurance, California Litigation and Mealey’s Managed Care Liability Report. Mr. Glovsky received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
